Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old and sign in with your own Google, Facebook, or Yahoo account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

You own what you create and upload: your events, guest lists, card designs, and images. You allow us to store your content and show it to you and to the guests you share links with, only so Paanyaya can work.

You confirm that you have the right to use the images and text you upload.

• upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent
• upload images or text you don't have the right to use
• add people's contact details without a real reason to invite them
• use Paanyaya to send spam, scams, or harassment
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the service

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

When you add guests, you're responsible for having their permission to use their details for your event, and for keeping their invitation links private. See the note for hosts in our privacy policy.

Paanyaya is free to use for now. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we provide it “as is,” without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important, like your guest list.

We may change or stop features. If we plan to shut down Paanyaya or start charging, we'll tell hosts in advance.

To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, such as a guest not receiving or opening an invitation, or an event being affected by the service being unavailable.

You can stop using Paanyaya at any time and ask us to delete your data. See how to delete your data.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll tell signed-in hosts in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
